Welcome, Jasmine!

Welcome, Jasmine, to Diserio Consulting!

We are thrilled to welcome Jasmine Ural to our team, where she will serve as a Behavioral and Investigative Consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Her graduate studies have fueled her passion for understanding forensic interviewing and the psychological and legal principles that guide communication with victims and suspects.

Her research background includes assisting Dr. Mia Kelly at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire in studying intimate partner violence and its representation in modern music. This work has strengthened her understanding of psychological dynamics such as gaslighting, grooming, love bombing, and emotional abuse, and how these experiences shape human behavior and perception. One of her focuses at Diserio Consulting will be working on projects related to intimate partner violence.

In addition to her academic and research work, Jasmine is currently employed as an ABA Therapist, providing one-on-one behavioral therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Her experience teaching life skills and fostering independence reflects her commitment to understanding and supporting human behavior in diverse contexts.

Jasmine has a growing passion for forensic interviewing, particularly in uncovering the truth within investigations involving vulnerable populations such as children and victims of intimate partner violence. After completing her master’s program, she hopes to pursue a doctorate and continue her work as a forensic psychologist.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Jasmine enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, coffee, and connecting with friends.

Please join us in welcoming Jasmine to the Diserio Consulting team! We’re excited to see the insight, dedication, and compassion she brings to our consulting work.
