Welcome, Madison!
Welcome, Madison Lamont, to the Diserio Consulting team!
Madison graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Forensic Science and Psychology, and she’s currently pursuing her master’s in Forensic and Legal Psychology at Marymount University. Her academic journey reflects a deep curiosity about the intersection of human behavior and the justice system.
Madison’s work and research span a variety of topics in criminal justice and behavioral science. She’s particularly interested in criminal investigations, sexploitation prevention, and alternative rehabilitation programs, including Recovery and Mental Health court specialty dockets. She’s a strong advocate for restorative justice initiatives aimed at reducing recidivism and fostering community change.
What drew Madison to Diserio Consulting is our interdisciplinary approach to threat management and behavioral analysis, a philosophy that aligns with her own values. She’s eager to apply her expertise in behavioral analysis, legal systems, and the psychology of criminal behavior to projects that protect at-risk populations and advance community safety.
In addition to her new role with us, Madison also interns with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), where she supports the Missing Children Division.
Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Madison is a lifelong dancer and recently performed in the 2025 DC Cherry Blossom Parade. She will also perform at halftime of an upcoming Wizards NBA game.
We’re excited to see the positive impact she’ll have on our team, where she will focus on child sexual abuse prevention and body safety.
